  CONCEPTION  

In our classes, our cooking teacher who is taking part in various activities in many Japanese magazines and is now also an active researcher of traditional as well as innovative modern cuisine, will show you how to cook Japanese style dishes. You will also be able to see how to decorate Japanese food harmonizing with ceramic or lacquer art plates made by young artists. It will surely be a good opportunity to get to know more about Japanese modern as well as traditional spirit through cooking.
We will also provide you with not only traditional style dishes but also with Western style Japanese dishes. ?After cooking demonstration and lecture on Japanese food and tableware, let’s enjoy tasting the dishes together
We will be using only materials that are also available overseas so that you can make these dishes at your home countries and share the recipe with your friends and families living abroad.

-1997 Open <fcstudio> and start giving French cooking classes
-Actively promote cooking demonstration and creation in various magazines
(Story,Very,Hers,etc.),,advertisements and exhibitions.
-Author of <My French Kitchen> -Appearing serially in magazine <Arune>
-Recently by organizing cooking tour abroad as well, with her French cooking class students, she is promoting a wider range of international collaboration and culture exchange.

  RESERVATION  

All classes will require prior reservation.
For those who will be participating fc studio classes for the very first time,
please follow the following procedure for making reservations.

1) Please advice by ?e-mail ?of the class/course/date/time that you would like to participate in together with your full name, home address or the hotel that you are staying, your home telephone number/mobile telephone number and e-mail address.
2) The reservation will be accepted by the order of arrival and will be closed upon reaching the maximum number in each class. Your acceptance will be advised to you together with the details of the class/course together with the payments procedure.
3) Please proceed with payment.
4) Upon confirmation of payment, final details of the class/course will be advised to you, at least 1 week before the class/course.
5) Please confirm the details of your reservation and send your final confirmation by either e-mail/facsimile.

● Fee: 1 lesson ticket = 9000yen 3 lessons tickets = 26000yen
l    Please note that reservation after the 2nd time onwards can be made during or ?after each class.
l    Requirement; hand towel, notebook, pen
         Apron will be ready available

CANCELLATION
Since we are only taking small number of participants in each class/course so that we can make utmost best preparation for each class/course.
  Before 7days      :no charge
  Before 3〜6days     :half the fee
  Before 2days to the day :full fee
